The premium Portuguese Club needed an extensive refurbishment exercise for the 50 year old facility and the Clubhouse, which has been their home for years. We were appointed as project manager to facilitate the fitting out project from start to finish. The 5 story private clubs facilities include 3 restaurant outlets, 1 main banquet hall, a library, a gymnasium, one main kitchen, cold storage and other club supporting space. We operated as the client representative to manage the work, from sourcing the architect, designer, quantity surveyor, contractors while managing the work during the construction period. The project was completed on time, in 7 months, and well within budget.
