Our team successfully completed the project management of the Bay Hub office building's lobby renovation, a premium property developed by Mapletree and PAG. This project showcases our expertise in managing complex renovations within occupied buildings, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and delivering exceptional results.
Project Execution
As project managers, we coordinated the renovation from concept to completion, working closely with architects CAN Design, MEP consultants Meinhardt, and quantity surveyors RLB. Our team's primary focus was to ensure smooth execution, effective communication, and precise planning throughout the project.
