Acting as an extension of the Blue Bottle team, Greyscale drove property sourcing, negotiated technical requirements, and navigated the challenges posed by the pandemic, including disrupted supply chains and logistics.

Key Project Management Achievements:

1. Efficient Timeline Management: Despite the complexities, we completed the project in just 7 months, ahead of schedule and under budget.

2. Intensive Communication: Over 100 hours of Zoom meetings were conducted to ensure seamless coordination between all stakeholders across different time zones.

3. Meticulous Task Management: We created and managed over 300 action items throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring no detail was overlooked.

4. Technical Adaptations: Oversaw the implementation of a custom HVAC system and façade modifications to meet licensing and restaurant requirements, adapting the former gallery space for its new purpose.
