2. Custom Furniture Oversight: Managed the creation of handmade furniture using imported Canadian timber. Our team oversaw the entire process from timber selection to final production, ensuring each piece met the required standards of craftsmanship.

3. Space Optimisation: Successfully integrated a food preparation area and outside seating within the 1,000 sq. ft. space, maximising functionality without compromising aesthetics.

4. Licensing and Compliance: Navigated local licensing requirements and ensured all aspects of the project complied with Hong Kong regulations.

5. Brand Consistency: Ensured every element of the café, from materials to layout, reflected Blue Bottle's brand essence and met their particular requirements.
