Global brand Brioche Doree entrusted us to develop their Asian stores presence, starting from their Paris homebase. In Hong Kong, the brand is positioned as a cafe-style coffee shop, which translates to a combination of a bakery and restaurant. Our challenge was to refresh the brand's image for the Hong Kong market while maintaining its core identity.

Design Philosophy

Our design philosophy centred on creating a space that honoured Brioche Doree's French roots while adapting to local expectations. We focused on incorporating the global brand's key design elements, such as signature colours and detailed mouldings, into a refreshed version suitable for Hong Kong and throughout Asia.

Project Execution

Working within the constraints of an extremely narrow interior, our design and build team skillfully crafted a space that feels spacious while accommodating the required number of covers. We emphasized elements that would bring warmth and meet brand requirements within the limited space.
