For Hana Sakazuki, our team was tasked with creating an innovative and elegant Japanese design for a high-end teppanyaki restaurant in the heart of Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Drawing inspiration from the classical Japanese Noh theatre, we aimed to transform the dining experience into a culinary performance, blending tradition with contemporary sophistication.

The project has been recognized for its excellence in design, winning the Home Journal Best Designer Awards 2023 for Bar & Restaurant, with a GOLD award for Hanasasuki Japanese Teppanyaki. This accolade is a testament to the high-quality work and dedication of our team.

Project Execution

Our comprehensive design and build service encompassed material selection, color matching, furniture design, and lighting design. As the second branch of Hana Teppanyaki, we introduced a new theme to elevate the brand, catering primarily to upper-echelon Hong Kong celebrities.
