SERVICE: Project Management
We managed a two story conversion of the existing hotel reception and restaurant area into a brand new open reception area with added dining space and a new internal staircase. The challenge lay in the live hotel where daily disturbances to guests were brought to a minimal level. Acting on behalf of the owner to manage designers, manage contractors and execute the project to finish on time and within budget. The project was completed in 6 months.
