Our bold and brave culture allowed us to take on this small yet challenging project at Ovolo Central. The basement, Groundfloor and First Floor of the hotel was converted to a reception area, a restaurant, a private dining area and staff area.
The entire facade of the building was re-created with our meticulous planning and strategic guidance to mitigate lengthy government submissions.
A new internal staircase was created with a brand new facade along Arbuthnot Rd. With our full planning in place, we managed to execute the project within 10 months (which would normally be completed in 12 months) by fast-tracking facade works and isolating critical phases into short sprints to reduce the overall project period.
GreyScale managed the full project process from design to coordinating with the designers, engineers, suppliers, getting statutory approvals on time and managing the construction.
